Leon Marsh
Director of Hospital & Residential Services, Adferiad Recovery
Leon has more than 15 years of experience in the fields of addiction and criminal justice – including more than a decade managing residential rehabilitation services.
Leon works closely with our partners and commissioners. His focus is on ensuring our services meet the expectations of guests, and remain innovative and high-quality.
Alun Thomas
Chief Executive, Adferiad Recovery
Alun was Chief Executive of Hafal from December 2014 until the launch of Adferiad Recovery, and worked for the charity since 2001. With a background in nursing, Alun has worked as a Registered General Nurse in the NHS before taking on the management of a 75-bed nursing home which he developed into a specialist neurological rehabilitation facility
